I began the agency in 2007 while working as a financial agent for MetLife, specializing in home and auto insurance. My goal was to build an agency based on the relationships I had developed, aiming to assist people in acquiring insurance policies at affordable prices without sacrificing their coverage.
Initially, I managed the agency solo until it grew too large for me to handle both financial and home/auto aspects. At that point, I brought in my son Michael. I provided training, got him licensed, and later extended the same process to my other son, Vincent. Although both have since moved on to establish their own chimney cleaning and A/C vent cleaning business, their time at the agency was a valuable experience.
The agency has expanded to a point where all three of us (myself, Shelly and Jayson) play integral roles in ensuring its seamless operation. Despite frequent offers from companies claiming to automate our business and reduce manpower, I consistently decline. I firmly believe in maintaining the personal touch we have with our clients and am hesitant to consider automation as it may compromise the unique connection, we share with those we serve, after all our moto is "Savings Without Compromise".

In 2006, I was in high school, and my dad was an agent. I would help him with calls, and I didn't realize I was helping sell anything. Over the next few years, I had several sales jobs. I was finding my way and deciding who I wanted to be. In early 2013, I decided I wanted to give insurance another shot, and I haven't looked back since.
I decided to be in insurance for several reasons. One reason is that my dad had success in insurance, and I got to watch him grow as an agent. However, the reason I'm passionate about it is unique to me. I chose insurance because I get to help people's lives and well-being. Insurance is intangible, and we usually add it to our monthly bills, then forget about it. Over the years, I have seen thousands of claims, and some of the scariest ones are when the client has insufficient coverage. I've witnessed attorneys come after people for $1,000,000+, and if you own a house or have any money saved away, this can be terrifying.
